TERMS

Master Wicker has great pride in each hand-woven piece, a process that can not be rushed if you want the highest quality possible.

All tables include glass inserts, fiberglass tops are optional. Master Wicker offers cushions and glass inserts, but customer is not required to purchase these items from us. Size Dimensions and weights are approximate.

There is a 5% boxing fee on all orders being shipped, customer is responsible for freight charges.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
F.O.B. Port Richey, Florida.

Warranties:

Master Wicker carries a lifetime warranty on structural failure of frames, Proof of purchase required. The mechanisms and Cushions carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturers defect.

Pay Terms:

All orders require a 50% deposit with remainder of balance paid before merchandise is shipped from our warehouse, or customer has choice of paying remaining balance with C.O.D charges, when product arrives at destination.
Master Wicker has the right to refuse any orders under $500.00

Replacement Cushions:

All orders for replacement cushions must be paid in full when order is placed.

These are all custom made orders. After you place your order, you have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations. After that, all sales are final. Any questions call directly to our office (727) 534-9145.

 

We gladly accept personal checks, certified checks, money orders.      

 

Return Policy:

Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours after receiving merchandise. Do to the fact that these are custom made furniture orders and the nature of this product all sales are final. Once your order is placed there are no refunds and by placing your order you agree to these terms and conditions.

Fabrics:

Our cushions are manufactured by Classic Cushions of Vero Beach, Florida. For a wide variety of fabric selections, please visit Classic Cushions. When selection is made, contact us with name of fabric.

Frame Colors:

Master Wicker's frame color selection includes solid or swirl (two-tone) at no extra charge.

Colors Available:

White, Bone, Almond, Peach, Mauve, Raspberry, Sea Foam, Hunter Green, Teal, Black, and Chocolate/Almond.

 

Most colors can be mixed with white for a beautiful marble look. We can try to match any custom colors for the frames with a sample provided by customer.
